Anyone know good Bay Area hikes that are public transit accessible?

I’m going to be staying down by the Embarcadero and was hoping to go on a hike without using a car. Anyone know good hikes that are public transit accessible from that part of SF? I’d love to be able to access Marin if it’s possible.

I’m not sure if you can get to it or not, but Mt. Diablo is beautiful. You can see for miles and miles and miles from the top. Over bunches of counties. It’s one of my favorite hikes.
