Mouse pointer unaligned in Half Life 2 Deathmatch on CrossOver Games?

I installed Steam via Crossover Games 7 on my Macbook Pro, and Half-Life 2 Deathmatch loads easily but in the menu, the pointer shows up correctly but it actually clicks about 3 inches away vertically upwards from the pointer. This occurs during fullscreen at the highest resolution possible. What’s the deal here?
