Do mobile phone signal boosters really work ?

I was just looking at accessories for the mobile i plan to buy soon and This came up but , it has to be attached to the battery . Has anyone had any experience with a signal booster , i used one years ago but turned out to be a waste

If they cost so little to make and add to the device, ask yourself why the company doesn’t do it themselves to make more money.

It’s a load of crap.

And I never saw one in the store I worked in, which is an authorized dealer for AT&T. You’d think if they could make an extra buck selling out more accessories, they would.

No, otherwise they would be incorporated in the design. Increasing antennae gain or making it more directional can help, but not a blanket omni-directional “boost”.
