I never heard it before and really like it. Sounds like the other singer MIGHT be Mick Jagger?

State of Shock, Michael Jackson, Mick Jagger, ca. 1984. And the voice saying, “Look at me,” as the song fades out belongs to Mick. There was no video made for the song.
