I'm using Abiword 2.6 for a word processor. Somehow, I turned on the red cursor of death. How do I turn it off?

White typing a short story, I somehow made the cursor blink red and delete any type in front of it. How do I turn this off. I can’t seem to find the ‘switch’ anywhere.

Press the “Insert” key on your keyboard.

It’s right next to your “Delete”, “Page Up” and “Page Down” keys.
