In worrying times I don’t WANT to hear music.
I usually use Spiritual songs. My favorite (when my kids were teenagers)
I cast all my cares upon you
I lay all my burdens down at your feet
and anytime that I don’t know what to do
I will cast all my cares upon you.
Instead of singing the word “cares” though, I would replace it with “kids”
I cast all my Kids upon you…..
It was a funny way to help me deal with a frustrating time. (Thank God adolescence is over!)
