If he is a friend you may ask him via other means, see what happened to his account and that all is well.
Could it be he doesn’t know his fluther doesn’t show.
@dverhey He plays music all the time though. Sometimes when he’s gone or sleeping. So I’m not sure that’s a reliable source.

if ryan is really going i think i’ll leave as wel, he’s one of the only things that keeps me here, i mean, it’s all fallen to ruin what once was and that’s okay, sometimes we need to move on anyway…and i’m better at answering real questions instead of “how do you feel about” questions so i’ve kind of outlived my purpose here

Something is rotten in the State of Oregon.
JP here..
A lot of things led to me leaving.
1. The signal to noise ratio is out of whack.
2. It is a total time-suck for me. It is easier to get away if I can’t participate. I will still read it on occasion. But not spend anytime adding anything.
3. I have other things to do.
4. The weather is fantastic. I went to the park with a 40 of PBR, a book, and a blanket and read for a few hours this afternoon. I need more of that.
5. Pete pointed out that yesterday was two years of being here. Seemed like a good time to finally pull the trigger.
I wasn’t banned. Deleting my account was intentional. I might return when it starts to rain again. But for now I want to get out of the basement more. And this was a way to help do it.
So long, and thanks for all the shoes.
I’m off to delete this account.

My sorrow is very selfish. I have both learned and laughed with JP. While I feel a great void in his absence I am also comforted to imagine him out of the basement and in the fresh air plugged in to life.
I think that today I will pay homage to all JP has contributed- I will report back once I have worked out the details.
Man, this sucks. Still, I wish you good luck, Ryan. Selfishly, though, I really hope it starts raining soon in the City of Roses.

So, its cool to come back now, reactivate your account and continue right where you left off, with an understandable reduction in your level of participation. In regards to the signal-to-noise ratio, this place is still way better than 99% of the Intermentalhospitalnet. Go chill on 4chan for a while then come back, you’ll think you walked into Harvard.

@Dog We have PBR in New Jersey. But. I doubt you’ll get the true PBR experience unless you go to Oregon and drink it with JP.
