Recommend me a BrainQuest-like program?

I’m looking for an application, similar to BrainQuest, that I might enjoy. Opinions or recommendations would be nice.

Also, I have an iMac and an iPhone. Recommendations for either would be nice, but PC is fine too.

I don’t know anything about BrainQuest, but I’ve found Fantastic Contraption to be pretty cool if you’re into mechanical engineering at all.
