first you need the 1.1.1 iPhone firmware
after you have Googled and dowlpadwd that plug your iPhone into your computer. Go to its main tab and shift click (option click on macs, I think) update. From there select the firmware you downloaded. After the lengthy update process just go to jailbreakmw.com in mobile safari and all will be good.
