Does anyone know how to 'undo' a accidental entry in my phones T9 dictionary?

Thanks to a call that interrupted a text i was writing when i enter ‘it’ it comes up as ‘48’ first.

Ive tried entering ‘it’ as a new word and ive tried repeatedly switching from ‘48 to ‘it’ in a text.

Neither method has fixed the problem.

Since the word ‘it’ is used frequently in converstion this drives me extra nuts.

I have a Samsung A717.

You should have a dictionary list of your custom words. Try accessing it while you’re in the sms screen. From there you should be able to find that 48 and delete it.

I’m an Sony Ericsson user but I don’t see how different the Samsung interface can be.
