What is the best 24" gaming monitor for me?

I am looking for a gaming monitor for my PC. I want it to be 24”, 1920×1200, and preferably 2 or 3ms response time. I also don’t want to spend more than $300 on it, if possible. What do you recommend??

I found the same thing you were asking for, but 4” larger, and only 22 bucks more here. This one has a response time of 5ms, and is a refurb sadly. The first is what I would go for. An extra 4” for only 22 dollars over your budget. But I understand how once you set a budget, it is something you like to stick to. But I hope this helped. :)
