How can I create a second iPhone backup?

I want to Jailbreak, but still sync with iTunes. So I want 2 backups in case the current one gets overwritten while jailbroken. Is there any way to do this? (I tried re-naming the phone)

@johnpowell I found it, I found the backup files. So now I’m doing a second iTunes backup and all my others (I’ve had iPhone since 1st gen) are backed up on my computer.

On a Mac it is in /Library/Application Support/MobileSync/Backup

On Windows it should be in C:\Documents and Settings\YOUR_USER_NAME\Application Data\Apple Computer\SyncServices\Local

Just duplicate one of those.
