What is the hard cinnamon candy that is smaller than m&m's?

I can’t for the life of me figure out the name of this candy! But I remember they were hard, red, cinnamon candies that a lot of times went on top of cupcakes for decoration, but I just like to eat them.

Anyone remember?

And I no its not hot tamales or the fireball
