NY/Brooklyn Specific: When are the Red Hook Park Vendors open?

Is it only on saturdays? Sundays? Or is it all week? Are they even open in August? I can’t seem to find any info on google, so if anyone has any tips, I appreciate it.

The Serious Eats blog and Chowhound will have answers for you, but AFAIK, it’s only weekends, and from 10AM to probably 5PM-ish.
