Is 100mb enough data for a cell phone?

I’m on AT&T pay as you go, and I have a blackberry 8900, but I can’t use many of it’s features because I don’t have a data plan (such as the instant messaging, app world…) So I was thinking on getting the 100mb data plan they offer for $19.99, I want it basically for instant messaging, not videos. Would it be enough?

@loser- I’m pretty sure that your iPhone has 8 gigabytes, just as mine does. 8 megabytes is Only enough for about one song recorded at 256 kpbs.
