Could I get some pointers on my singing and performance?

Here is a YouTube video of my singing Coldplay’s Lost!

Just if you have any pointers, opinions, or anything else :)

I think you’re pretty good. One thing my music teacher always reminded his singers NOT to do was stress the “ha’s” in the words. Ex: when you’re singing the word lost, I noticed you say lo- ha-ha-st. Don’t add any huhs or has. Get it? Hope you get what I’m trying to explain. But other than that it’s good.

I’m not sure where you want to go with your voice. If you’re looking for more of a rock/pop voice, you’re on the right track. My suggestion would be to work on breath control. On occasion it felt like you were forcing it (some of which may because you were sitting down). If you can get a little more breath support, your overall singing will improve. Way to put yourself out there, though. :)

I liked your voice the best in the 1 min. to 1.15 min. part.
I don’t have the terminology at hand to tell you why, but let’s just say i liked the softer voice.
You(r voice) reminded me a little of Rufus Wainwright.
A little.
