Is GameConsoleService (Wild Tangent) a virus?

I’m looking in my msconfig on my computer and I noticed in my services that something is running called “GameConsoleService”, and under the manufacturer column it says “WildTangent, Inc.”. What is this? I mostly just want to make sure this isn’t a virus or something. I’m on Windows Vista.

Not a virus, but it is reported as malware.
