How can I force Youtube to display h.264 videos instead of Flash in Firefox?

I recently came across ClickToFlash (http://rentzsch.github.com/clicktoflash/) which enables this feature in Safari, but Safari is not my primary web browser, Firefox is. I did a bit of searching but couldn’t find out how to do make Youtube display its h.264 videos in Firefox.

Wow.

If this Hackint0sh article is to be believed, you’ll have to perform the equivalent of a man in the middle attack in order to determine the exact url for a particular H.264 version of a YouTube video.
