Can I untoggle alt-fire (aim) on Battlefield 2142?

I am using Xpadder to use my Xbox 360 controller to control the game, and I want to configure it so it feels similar to Call of Duty 4 for Xbox 360.

I have everything the way I want it except aiming. So I just want to hold the left trigger to aim, not toggle the left trigger.

Please ask for clarification if the details are vague. Thanks.
