Can I put an html link on the iPhone home screen?

I want to know if there’s a way to put an icon on one of the home screens on my iPhone, so that i can click on it, and it will take me directly to that page in the browser. Is that possible?

While on that page in Safari, click the little ”+” at the bottom and select “Add to Home Screen.”
