I lose my Verizon Rebate Card, what should I do?

So I only spent 8 dollars on a Verizon Rebate Card (Visa Debit), and then put it in my chick fil a bag to which I threw away, what do I do now, is it possible to get another one sent to me? Is this a lost cause? Please help.
