Is there a nes emulator that supports screen rotation? Or any other possible way to rotate the monitor's display?

I’m building an arcade machine, and was hoping to have the monitor in a vertical position instead of horizontal. Is there a good nes emulator that supports screen rotation? Ctrl+alt+left is out of the question since the computer has an older graphics card.
