What's the key command to select which BootCamp partition to boot from?

Google is surprisingly not helping me tonight. I remember there’s a one key command to choose your startup disk.

hold the option key as your computer boots. It should then allow you to select which partition. At least thats how it is at my school.

Holding down the option key while you boot will allow you to select which operating system. Is this what you mean?
