I upgraded my OS from Leopard to Snow Leopard and now iPhoto runs a lot slower. Any ideas on how to fix this?

Snow Leopard is suppose to speed things up (as I was told). Any suggestions would help.

I dunno, maybe you did something wrong lol
defrag your harddrive, get rid of useless software like AIM,
