How does SugarCRM attach emails generated in Outlook to Leads and Opportunities within Sugar?

I send and receive emails using Outlook. I need these emails to be attached to specific Leads and Opportunities in SugarCRM. Does SugarCRM offer a plugin that allows me to do this? Can this plugin be used with SugarCRM’s Community edition?
