If i'm starting to exercise again, how slow should i start off?
Well, i haven’t been exercising since middle of August. I want to start off slow, but how intense should i start out with and for how long? When should i increase?
I used to jog about 40 mins everyday, and every other day i would do a ab workout and some knee strengthening and arm stuff, right now I want to keep it simple and maybe just use that “torso track” that my mom bought for herself a couple years ago. I feel too lazy now with school and senior year and all, but still want to continue exercising. So how long should i use the torso track for/ how many times a week/ when to increase the time and intensity?

Slowly enough that you don’t injure yourself and give up.
It looks like the torso track is an ab machine. August wasn’t that long ago. I think you’ll find what you had will come back quickly. Abs 2 or 3 times a week for 15–20 min would be plenty. I would make sure you continue the jogging or some other aerobic activity 3 or 4 times a week.
I’ve found for myself if I try to do more than that, I get burned out. Unless you have some specific goal or reason to do more than that…
I would guess your body will tell you. Your stamina might be a little down, and maybe do a ¾ work out for muscles and see if you get very sore or not. If you are a woman know that lung stamina comes back slower than for men, because our capacity is smaller, so don’t get discouraged if you can’t keep a jog pace up for very long, just walk the rest, it will be back to August level soon.
If you are a senior in highschool, it is essential that you get a good start on your adult body. In order to be sure of what you need, see your doctor and get some professional advice.
