Where can I find good Wordpress themes?

I am looking for a wordpress theme in the news/magazine layout style for my site, www.vnaba.org. I don’t mind having to pay for it as long as it is well done. Anyone out there know a good site / designer to refer me to?

Wordpress actually has a pretty comprehensive directory that you can search or filter by certain layout/style elements (“2 column” or “dark” for instance)...
