How do I hire bartenders for my wedding?
We need 3 bartenders for our wedding and don’t want to use the caterers. How do I find them? This is in Seattle by the way.

Try contacting your local bartending school. I’m sure they could give you some referrals.
Check out Slow Foods in Seattle; or ask a bartender in a restaurant you like—if he or she would like to do it and may have some friends who are also licensed.
Craig’s List? There are plenty of people who go to bartending school for fun and who might just do it as a weekend gig at friends’ parties and stuff. A post should find a few interested parties.
