Where to find a propane refill in the East Bay?

I’ve scoured Google, the Yellow pages, and come up with no places that will actually refill a 20lb propane tank vs. doing one of those exchange programs. Anybody know a place that does?

Look up Equipment Rental in the yellow pages. Those places usually can refill a tank.
