Changing driver's side headlight on a 2002 Mazda Protege?

The other day while stuck in traffic during a rainstorm, I realized that my driver’s side headlight was out. I bought a new bulb yesterday and I just downloaded the couple pages of the service manual I needed to direct me on how to change and adjust the bulbs (I lost my copy of the manual in the several trips to different auto shops). Now, it looks insanely difficult and like a pain in the ass, so should I just take it to the local dealership maintenance department and have them do it? Is it as difficult as it seems? What do you guys normally do?

I would head to Pep Boys or a gas station that still does repairs. You have the bulb, so that’s a good thing. All they would have to do is the install.
