I need to know I good place to surf near the OB area (15 mile radius), and also has a place that I could rent a board

If you’re strict about only sticking to OB check out this place. If you are willing to check out other places in san diego to surf i would recommend Black’s beach… or drive up to cardiff, maybe even a couple of spots in Carlsbad.
