How do you take your Apple CIder Vinegar?
I read that apple cider vinegar is absolutely amzaing for you to drink. That it’s good for your skin, can treat illnesses, and the list goes on and on about how great ACV is for you. I wanted to start drinking it to improve my skin and hopefully just keep me healthy in general. I was wondering, for the avid ACV drinkers out there, how do you drink you ACV? Do you dilute it in something or do you just drink it straight? Is it harmful to the enamel on your teeth? And, is it really as good for you as they say it is?

I use a splash of organic ACV (a T., maybe) with some black cherry juice, lots of water and ice. You can also drink it with only water and a little honey.
I have some wonderful concentrated organic black cherry juice that lasts a long time.
Definitely don’t drink it straight – it could burn your esophagus.
I simply mix a bit with apple juice. If mixed in well, you won’t know it’s there.
On my salad with olive oil and garlic!!! I like it but I couldn’t stand drinking it.
Put a T. or two in whatever you’re drinking at the time. You can also make a tea and use the ACV as you would lemon juice.
Hot water and honey. A morning drink like Coffee, with the same gas causing properties.
Warmed with a shot of Grand Marnier.
First on iceberg with caned tomatos and lots of salt and pepper (aka Icky Salad)
Second, ½ cup with squirt of dawn, mixed, set on counter – bye bye fruit flies!
Third – 1teaspoon in dog’s water – helps with fleas
@Skippy: WE don’t believe in beating either sentient or plant life here. (Canned).
With sliced cucumbers.
Pour apple vinegar cider in a bowl, slice up cucumbers, put cucumbers in bowl filled with apple cider vinegar, let soak for a bit (optional), enjoy (mandatory)!
@Allie – but for the best case of heartburn ever, add the onions too!
@Allie – I can’t eat onions or cucumbers, but for those who can, it is a treat!
There is no empirical evidence that apple cider vinegar has any special healing qualities at all, but the health fringe will hate this post, and will come up with a lot of anecdotal evidence that it does marvelous things. So did monkey glands, and laetrile, until all of a sudden they didn’t and we moved on to different fairy tales.
