Is there a free program that will let me sync my notes from my iphone to my computer through itunes?

i need need to sync my notes to my iphone but my itunes says i have no supported notes applications and i dont want to spend a hundred dollars on outlook so i was wondering if there was any programs that i can download for a pc running on vista that will let me sync my notes
