Minimum music on iPhone is still too loud?

Is there any way I can reduce the minimum volume on my 3GS iphone? I have a new set of Klipsch in ear headphones and the music is too loud in a quiet environment.

Check the sample rate on the
audio files. If it’s very low the sound will lack depth but sometimes comes across louder. Otherwise make sure sound check is on. Also check your headphones and see if they have an auxiliary volcume setting.
