i’ve never owned a bberry or smart phone and am not really sure what the deal is. will i have to pay a lot more than my monthly voice/data fees?

email and internet incur data fees. If you already pay for data, as long as you don’t exceed your limit, no.

I have the iPhone and yes it does cost more on a monthly basis than a normal cell would. There is a mandatory $30 charge for unlimited Internet access.

Yes, make sure you get unlimited…..the thing will eat data and you’ll have an insanely high bill if you don’t have an unlimited plan.
