One of Human Resources’ main duties is to facilitate the needs of the employees.

It establishes a peaceful and fair working environment for the employees in order to have a more productive outcome.
Secondly, human resources monitors competency of employees, making sure that they reach the standards of what the company is asking: Professionalism, proficiency and right conduct.
Lastly, Human resources is in charge in administering employee’s benefits such as medical benefits and insurance.
Human Resources has to do its part for the betterment of the company, it is said to be the main core when it comes to management, however, as an individual employee, it is still the duty of each employees to do their part to have a sincere working experience for everyone.

feel free to add something more, when I compose a paragraph I feel i don’t explain things well. And sometimes my sentences are not connected with the other sentences, does not have a good transition. I really want this paragraph to be professionally written. I’m supposed to write what HR do. If you are an HR tell me more the importance of it.

Lastly, Human resources is in charge in of administering employees’

of each employee

to have a sincere working experience for everyone. I do not know what you mean by that. You might want to reformulate this.

“Lastly, Human resources is in charge in administering employee’s ”
“Lastly, Human resources is in of charge in administering employees’ ”

Should be “human resources is in charge of administering etc

@the100thmonkey, is my english that bad? thanks for the edit. I even liked what I wrote better when you editted it.

@unodos – I’m an ESL teacher in a big university city in Scotland; I do a lot of proofreading.

I wouldn’t say your English is bad – your grammar is good, but there are some problems with word choice – most of the strikeouts I used were to replace a word with one in a higher register – make sure Vs. ensure, for example.

Shorten first sentence, also. HR’s primary goal is to facilitate the needs of the employees.

Then you have parallel construction when you say, “Second.” and “Last.”

Edit “editted” to “edited.” See where you have duplicated phrases such as “do its part” and “do their part.” Learn what a run-on sentence is, should I have used a period there instead of a comma?
