Golden brown crust? And a few hail marys. Good luck!

No pink juices near the bone. Use a very thin skewer to test one piece.

Get a meat thermometer. Chicken is supposed to be at an internal temp of 165 (according to this). Stick a meat thermometer into the thickest part of the chicken.

Meat thermometers aren’t expensive, and can save you a lot of guesswork and/or cutting into meat, letting the juices run out, and risk having it end up dry.

thankyou very much and I just ate it- awesome by accident.

If you stick it with a fork and the juices come out clear, it is done. But a meat thermometer is the most accurate way to tell.

If it floats it 99–44/100% pure.
