Is there a way to find the text history of messages sent from your own phone (besides checking the phone memory)?

A friend at work is trying to find an old text message that has been deleted from her phone and she asked me to find out if there’s a way to access this data with your mobile provider.

What service does she use, Verizon, AT&T…?

@erichw1504 I believe it’s Verizon. I personally use AT&T and would be curious if they offer it somehow.

I’m pretty sure you can sign up for a service on Verizon or AT&T that will backup all your cellphone data. Not 100% on this.

I can see everything but the actual text message online with my AT&T account – call times, duration, phone numbers. Just not the message content.
