is there a shortcut application similar to quicksilver (mac) for windows?

i use windows xp at work and i’m so used to opening applications with my quicksilver shortcuts on my mac at home that i often try to use them on the pc. is there anything similar?

Yeah its called Launchy. There are other ones but Launchy seems to be the best. Lifehacker did a comparison of all the quicksilver alternatives and found Launchy to be the best
