whats your favorite pogues album?

I started with “If I should fall from grace with God,” which is quite good and has recently been re-released as a sort of retrospective.

“Rum, Sodomy and the Lash” is their best from start to finish in my opinion. Enjoy!

You also might like to check out “The Snake” by Shane MacGowan and the Popes – it’s the band formed by the Pogues’ frontman after he left them (he’s back with them again). It’s a great album and you’ll probably like it if you like the Pogues (personally I think it may be even better).

The first album, ‘Red Roses For Me’ when they are at they’re drunkest and punkest (especially the version that was released in some countries that had ‘Pair of Brown Eyes’ on it).
