What is the best way to remove a pet odor from my carpet?
I've tried a few commercial remedies, but am looking for a more natural way. any suggestions?

I've used vinegar, but it's been a while so I can't remember how well it worked.
i've used a mix of baking soda and vinegar to remove other smells and it worked, but you'll need to use white vinegar on carpet i'd assume, and do a test spot!
There’s a product called Bac-Out that’s shockingly good. It’s enzymatic, not a perfume.
I’ve tried a lot of other things e.g. Folex, which is okay, but Bac-Out really works on horrible things like – and this is my life, folks – long-dead animal parts hidden under furniture after my cats eat the good bits.
Actually I posted this in another forum. The answer is the same though. This Pet Odor Removal product works great.
