How do I get podcasts that I delete on my iPhone to be removed from my computer after I sync?

can anyone give me hints on podcasts syncing and the iPhone. Once I watch or delete a podcast on my iPhone I want if to be deleted next time I sync.

I think you can check which ones to keep. I’m not too sure because I don’t have any pod cast.

u can uncheck it in iTunes or can change the options in iTunes where it will only sync new episodes.
