What's the best way to get *fast* with my double bass drum?

You should play for example single-stroke on snare, and then follow with your feet. Practice a lot! Try to hold it for 5 minutes, then pause, and do it again.

Of course, speed up tempo when it’s easy, and also try dynamics too (volume)

It took me like 2 months to get the hang of it, but I’m good at it now.

Maybe I’ll shoot a vid for you, so you can see how you can try it.
