How can I get my default page on Microsoft Word to come up clear every time?

At one time—whoever was on my computer had stuff on the page and now that’s what comes up every time I click on MSW.

there is file called normal.doc in your microsoft office/ office11 file. That is the start up file. open it and clear it out.
