You don’t sell ideas on eBay; you sell things.

And it seems to me that electronics have always sold well—I remember looking for electronics deals there more than once and seeing that new, in-box gadgets that were not in ridiculously short supply (Palm IIIx, iPod mini) routinely sold for 20% more than I could buy them for at Best Buy or Staples.

I have no idea how baby stuff sells on eBay, never having had reason to look.
