WalMart is in the news for wanting a car accident victim’s settlement from when a truck destroyed her car and caused her brain damage. Is there a time limit for how long a company can request subrogation? Her accident was four years earlier!

I thought it was only two years, but maybe the case started within the time limit, and it is just now making it to court. But that is just a guess on my part.
