I have had some issues with my brother using my name when getting pulled over because he has warrants. Someone told me about a program they have in Arkansas that puts a password popup when they run your name and DOB. anyone know anything about this? cant find it online anywhere.

Lifelock won’t help with that. It only covers financial ID Theft and it’s a joke. Todd Davis knows his service is a joke, because his identity has been stolen.
