  Serious iTunes issue! What happened to my music?

  Thanks for the software suggestion. I think that’s probably the best idea at this point because most of his music (except for some recent CDs) is on his ipod (it’s HUGE). We were just so perplexed because we couldn’t figure out why only some but still most of his music would just disappear like that. I think you’re probably right with the hunch about the virus. No one’s really been on the computer to accidentally delete the music. His computer is in our office upstairs, and he hasn’t touched it much since classes ended in May and then only to play a little World of Warcraft now and then :) Thanks again for your help and your very quick response! I love Fluther. It’s so refreshing to be able to get answers to the exact question I have rather than troll the internet for old posts on support websites trying to find the right answer.

  What's a good handheld map for St. Loius, MO?

  I don’t know what the best map would be, but here are some good places to check out: Left Bank Books: the last full line independent book store in Missouri, in the Central West End. The whole CWE is really cool, actually, and a good place to eat, though rather expensive. The Loop is a really cool neighborhood with fun shops of all kinds and pretty good eats. The Zoo and Museums are awesome, and most of them are free which is even better! Most of them are located in or near Forest Park, which is cool in and of itself. So go there too! Be sure to check out the City Museum. It does have an admission fee, but it’s sooo neat.

  Why does my wife hate it when I watch football but doesnt realise that it doesnt bother me if she watches soaps?

  Also, it sounds like you have a small living space? “its kinda mandatory we are sat next to each other seen as though we only have one front room and the little one is sleeping…” Maybe she feels like she has no where else to go while you watch football. If she doesn’t want to watch it or hear it but there’s no where else for her to go, maybe she feels like she doesn’t have a space in her own house?

  What kind of job can I get?

  I had the same problem when I graduated with a degree in English in ‘07. I worked at a book store for a while, and then someone I knew found out someone in their field, communications/media, was hiring. So I got my foot in the door. I still don’t know what I want to do for a career, but it’s working out for the time being. And in this economy, I’m grateful just to have a job that uses my major and expertise. Have you thought about PR or an ad agency?

  What's the best city in the world?

  I’m a big fan of Rome, or Paris. They’re classics but they’re both so beautiful. I could just wander their streets forever.
