  Tips for new drivers?

  Go as fast as you possibly can, I find that I never have enough time to do anything, but when I do have time, I still speed, why, because I can. Be safe when your speeding though like if there is a cop around slow down to a reasonable level. Make sure you have all your information together and by that I mean which cops you know and state troopers, for example I have 2 FOP Cards one from a state trooper and when from a sheriff. You always have to keep your affairs in order, always, I have only gotten one ticket and thats because it was my first time getting pulled over and I didn’t know which information the cop wanted but I showed him the FOP card too late so he turned a ticket that was going 40MPH over the speed limit into a seatbelt ticket, saved me thousands. Don’t listen to the people on here saying that you need to keep space and blah blah blah because there is always going to be someone even worst than how they say you’ll supposedly be driving on the road. I always say if not you then me. Accidents do not happen to everyone btw my mom has never NEVER gotten in an accident and we both drive the same way, so in conclusion get a radar detector and your fop cards and know who they are from and all the details. And you’ll be fine. I drive an average of 90MPH.

  I think you might be right because I did just download the update, that’s why after all I restarted the computer! Ugh is there any way to remove a update, almost how windows has a restore option to previous time, is that available on a mac, and I’m not talking about Time Machine btw.

  Why do people hire a lawyer when they win the lottery?

  People tend to wait a little bit after the lottery, most people will try and claim the week after so they can avoid the press. But a lawyer is most deff not a waste, if you really don’t read the fine print you could be screwing yourself with time tables, and all different fees and such.

  I was recently let go, should I get a lawyer?

  If you disclose any information, positive or negative it goes against some privacy statements, its almost like OSHA in that you cannot disclose details pertaining to any patients unless authorized. Unless you gave vague examples such as not using the persons name, or any details that could be linked back to them in any matter. Your case would not be viable in court. You could of been praising the person for how great they are, it does not matter, because you were not authorized to disclose details about any clients with third parties. Just as you could be talking about your client I know someone that told me Donovan McNabb was at their hospital and that she took care of their baby, in both cases it is wrong, in any case it is not professional nor ethical. A lawyer would just be a waste of your money.
