Thanks for your response. I am going to try to sue the three of them, but only ONE has any insurance coverage to handle any judgment, assuming I get one against these people. One is n disability and is NOT disabled, the guy, the female looks like Spongebot, and works as a nurses assistance, and the landlord is the only one with insurance coverage. IF I get a judgment I can attach her vehicle – then she can walk for all I care – I can garnish her income and HIS even on disability IF it is due to a crime he committed, and it is. So, come next Wednesday, there will be a ‘trial’ – that’s somewhat of a joke, especially in Cook or Madison County, and of course, that’s where I live. I have been told this state attorney that will be ‘prosecuting’ the case couldn’t convict or prosecute a flea – so it WILL be interesting. Thanks again!
